  To redeem your warranty, the plant must be brought along with the original receipt. Discounted items are not eligible for the warranty program.

  Plants kept in containers are not eligible for the warranty program.

  Delivery charges are not covered by warranty.

  All plant materials including products from our florist are final sale.

  All other materials can be returned within 10 DAYS provided that the product is unopened, in good condition, and accompanied by a receipt. Items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale.

  Products that require a pickup to be returned will require an additional charge for that return
