Frequently Asked Questions
No warranty on indoor or tropical plants. Any tree or shrub is guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date (with proof of purchase). Warranty is only valid on trees and shrubs planted in the ground. Please visit our Refund Policy page
We do offer delivery for a small charge. This charge is based on your distance from the Garden Center and the complexity of your delivery. Please keep in mind during busy periods you experience a delay in delivery times.
We offer an installation service out of the Garden Center. Prices will vary based on complexity of the job. Please be aware our teams are extremely busy, the earlier you can book the better.
We do not do residential maintenance, however if you’re inquiring about a commercial building you should contact our head office 416-231-6230
Though Islington Nurseries is an animal friendly environment, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal that risks damaging our store or causing disruption to other guests. All animals must be leashed at all times.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit and Cash payments. Some credit can be extended if a credit application has been processed and approved.
